If you’re in the process of applying for immigration to the United States, you may be required to undergo a comprehensive immigration physical examination. At Good Neighbor Clinic, we are designated Civil Surgeons authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform immigration physicals and provide the necessary documentation for your application.

Required Documentation: We provide Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, sealed and filled out in accordance with USCIS requirements.
